7.1 Program Overview
Frenchie Alice offers a flexible and human-centered learning experience that blends the best of both worlds. The program combines downloadable PDFs with online video lessons, allowing learners to work through printed exercises while engaging with dynamic digital content. It’s fully online, self-paced, and accessible anytime. The total duration may vary depending on each learner’s pace and engagement.
To support steady progress without pressure, each PDF workbook comes with 1 month of access to the online learning platform. This timeframe allows learners to move at their own pace while still benefiting from a clear goal and structured progression.
Learners also benefit from personalized support—via email. Every two months, a live webinar is organized to share tips, answer questions, and practice together. You’ll also get access to the vibrant Frenchie Alice Facebook community for extra motivation and connection.
7.2 Duration and Access
Learners have full access to all course materials for the entire duration of the program and may progress at their own pace. Access details will be provided by email after payment confirmation.
7.3 Price and Payment
The full price of the program is clearly displayed on the website.
Payment is made securely via Stripe or PayPal, using the link provided by email after pre-registration.
By completing the payment, learners confirm that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
7.4 Optional Services
Individual coaching sessions or conversation workshops may be offered as optional add-ons. These services are not included in the standard training fee and can be booked separately.
7.5 Refund and Cancellation Policy
Under French law, learners have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of payment, without giving any reason.
After accessing the training content, this right may no longer apply.
Once payment is completed and access to the training has been granted, no refund will be issued, except in cases required by applicable consumer protection laws.
